Caitlin Banta is Brentwood’s President and CEO. She assumed this role in March 2024, marking a transition from the second generation of Rye family leadership to the third. In this role, Caitlin is committed to investing in people and innovation, minimizing the company’s environmental footprint, and positively impacting the communities where Brentwood employees live and work.

Prior to becoming CEO, Caitlin spent years learning the plastics manufacturing business, the many markets Brentwood operates within globally, and the people at the heart of the company’s success. Brentwood has been part of Caitlin’s life, however, since she was 5 years old. That’s when her family moved to Reading, PA, so her father could learn the business from her grandfather. Caitlin continues their legacy today by growing the company and building a global “One Brentwood” company culture.

She is people-oriented and technical-minded. Caitlin empowers her employees to reach their full potential by prioritizing continuous learning and professional development. On the technical side, her pragmatic approach to business is informed by her mechanical engineering education from Tufts University but shaped by the collective knowledge and experiences of her Brentwood colleagues. She firmly believes incorporating a range of perspectives is key to identifying the best opportunities for Brentwood.

Caitlin is a trustee of her alma mater, Lancaster Country Day School, and is a member of the campaign cabinet for the United Way of Berks County.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her husband, Walter, and their two young children, Astrid and Alice. The family of four likes to travel to new places and try new foods!

Walter Banta serves as Brentwood’s Vice President of Operations. In this role, he oversees the planning and execution of manufacturing processes across Brentwood’s global network of facilities, focusing on innovation and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality products.

With a background in engineering, Walter excels at process and organizational optimization. Under his leadership, Brentwood has adopted modern manufacturing techniques, increased automation to streamline operations, built a robust global supply chain, and increased production efficiencies.

Walter’s approach emphasizes expertise, teamwork, and collaboration. He works closely with Brentwood’s global teams, building strong relationships focused on employee safety, shared corporate culture, and operational excellence.

Beyond work, Walter enjoys cycling, skiing, and traveling with his wife, Caitlin. Together, they share their passions with their two daughters, Astrid and Alice.

Jacob Blystone is Vice President of Cooling Tower at Brentwood, overseeing sales, customer service, engineering, product development, and R&D. Having previously served as Global Director of Sales, Jacob spent time getting to know Brentwood’s culture and strengths, setting the stage for his current role. He is focused on driving growth by expanding Brentwood’s customer base and product offerings, building on the company’s successes in engineering and product development.

Before joining Brentwood, Jacob held leadership positions in sales and business development. With a proven track record in managing global sales initiatives and driving market growth, he is committed to aligning teams and strategies for maximum impact. Jacob’s leadership style emphasizes collaboration, ensuring all team members are heard and their contributions are valued. He believes strongly that great outcomes are a result of everyone working together.

Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Tennessee, which have helped shape his technical expertise and strategic approach to business.

Based in Tennessee with his family, Jacob enjoys cheering on his kids at their sports events, traveling, and is a passionate football fan – Go Vols! He has also been actively involved in his community, where he served on the board of a local athletic association for five years, running their tackle football, flag football, and cheerleading programs and coaching youth sports. Additionally, Jacob is dedicated to giving back through his local church and supporting community programs.

Tim Joseph is Vice President for Brentwood’s Engineered Solutions Group. An accomplished leader in the packaging industry, Tim leverages his expertise to guide sales, engineering, product development, and customer experience functions. He prioritizes customer needs and works closely with Brentwood’s operations teams to ensure deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.

A Michigan native, Tim earned a BS in packaging engineering from Michigan State University. He began his career at Kraft General Foods, where he gained diverse experience in packaging technologies and product quality. Following his tenure at Kraft, Tim excelled in various sales and leadership positions, driving significant revenue growth, adding new capabilities, and managing acquisition integrations. He specializes in developing effective go-to-market strategies and positioning companies for long-term growth.

Tim values a collaborative work environment and takes great pride in building strong teams. As a leader, he seeks to provide clarity, energy, and remove obstacles so that his teams can execute effectively.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys cooking, golf, and supporting special needs causes. He is also active in mentoring and has served on several boards, including the MSU Packaging Alumni Association.

Clinton (Clint) McCorkle serves as the Senior Vice President for Brentwood’s Water-related businesses. He has full P&L responsibilities in this role, leading strategy, execution, and associated cross-functional teams.

Before joining Brentwood, Clint held key positions at General Electric and Parker Hannifin. During his time at General Electric, they were the largest water technology solutions provider in the world. He had P&L responsibility for the aftermarket and service businesses, which he grew exponentially, and built into the most profitable segment of GE Power & Water. At Brentwood, Clint has been instrumental in driving the company’s expansion, achieving an impressive average annual revenue growth of nearly 20% per year during his tenure.

Clint has a hands-on leadership style and is known to lead by example. He often engages directly in all aspects of the business, including manufacturing, on-site customer inspections, and shipping activities to ensure the best outcomes for all and connect with customers and team members. His strong belief in aligning Brentwood’s value with customer needs has been central to creating a scalable, predictable growth process.

Outside of work, Clint and his wife enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and sharing these experiences with their young son. Clint also actively supports local non-profit organizations in the Denver, Colorado area, where he and his family live.

Peter Rye was born in Aalborg, Denmark. At age three, his family moved to Ontario, Canada, and five years later to Reading, Pennsylvania. Peter graduated from Governor Mifflin High School. He earned bachelor’s degrees in both mechanical and electrical engineering from Lehigh University. After college, Peter worked for Martin Marietta (now Lockheed Martin) in aerospace. He later returned to Reading to join the family business, Brentwood Industries.

Peter became Brentwood’s President and CEO in 2010, marking the second generation of Rye family leadership, and served in this capacity for 14 years. He brought the company into the digital age and greatly expanded Brentwood’s global footprint. Today, Brentwood offers products in nine distinct market spaces and operates in eight countries. Peter remains committed to the business in a leadership capacity as Chief Strategy Officer.

He built philanthropy and service to Brentwood’s various communities into the company’s core values. In the Reading area, Peter is a Trustee of Alvernia University and is involved in the City of Reading’s Planning Commission and CRIZ Working Group.

He is married to Leigh and has two adult children. Peter and Leigh live in the City of Reading and enjoy preserving one of Reading’s historic properties.

Tiffany Stoudt serves as Corporate Vice President at Brentwood, where she oversees the Human Resources, Marketing, and Legal departments. With a career rooted in HR, she brings a wealth of expertise in talent development, organizational strategy, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures.

Before joining Brentwood, Tiffany spent nine years in the software development industry, gaining a strong foundation in employee relations and organizational growth – skills she continues to apply in her leadership role today. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in human resource management and business management from Alvernia University.

During her tenure at Brentwood, Tiffany has been instrumental in implementing forward-thinking policies and initiatives that align employee engagement with business objectives. Her leadership in HR set a strong foundation for her expanded responsibilities, where she now applies her strategic insight to drive collaboration across diverse functions.

A champion of professional growth and innovation, Tiffany is passionate about empowering teams to achieve their full potential. Her collaborative approach ensures that each department works seamlessly toward shared goals, fostering a cohesive and innovative organizational culture.

Outside of work, Tiffany most enjoys spending time with her family – her husband, Josh, and their two boys, Logan and Camden. Most weekends, you’ll find her at baseball tournaments, often turning them into mini family trips. She is also deeply involved in her children’s schools and activities, chairing a major fundraiser for Camden’s elementary school each year. Additionally, she is passionate about supporting Relay for Life and actively volunteers for causes important to Brentwood.
