Tiffany Stoudt serves as Corporate Vice President at Brentwood, where she oversees the Human Resources, Marketing, and Legal departments. With a career rooted in HR, she brings a wealth of expertise in talent development, organizational strategy, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures.
Before joining Brentwood, Tiffany spent nine years in the software development industry, gaining a strong foundation in employee relations and organizational growth – skills she continues to apply in her leadership role today. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in human resource management and business management from Alvernia University.
During her tenure at Brentwood, Tiffany has been instrumental in implementing forward-thinking policies and initiatives that align employee engagement with business objectives. Her leadership in HR set a strong foundation for her expanded responsibilities, where she now applies her strategic insight to drive collaboration across diverse functions.
A champion of professional growth and innovation, Tiffany is passionate about empowering teams to achieve their full potential. Her collaborative approach ensures that each department works seamlessly toward shared goals, fostering a cohesive and innovative organizational culture.
Outside of work, Tiffany most enjoys spending time with her family – her husband, Josh, and their two boys, Logan and Camden. Most weekends, you’ll find her at baseball tournaments, often turning them into mini family trips. She is also deeply involved in her children’s schools and activities, chairing a major fundraiser for Camden’s elementary school each year. Additionally, she is passionate about supporting Relay for Life and actively volunteers for causes important to Brentwood.
