The Lebanon facility runs multiple calender and extrusion lines, producing about 50% of the raw material required to manufacture Brentwood’s domestic water, wastewater, and cooling tower products. The columns for our StormTank Module systems are extruded in Lebanon, as well.

As a plastics manufacturer, we also understand the critical importance of minimizing our environmental footprint. Through continuous innovation and investment in eco-friendly technologies, we aim to contribute to a circular economy by optimizing the recycling and repurposing of plastics. Our Lebanon site enables us to do this, recycling millions of pounds of plastic per year!

The Lebanon facility was opened in 1989 as the first step in making Brentwood a vertically integrated business. This allowed us to gain an edge on our competition by producing our own raw materials.

Products & Solutions

Cooling Tower Fill & Drift

Lebanon creates the raw material to support production of cooling tower fill and drift eliminators. Manufacturing of those products then typically takes place in either Martinsburg, WV, or Hope, AR.
