Brentwood in Reading

Brentwood was founded in Reading in 1965. At that time, the company was located behind the Reading Municipal Airport in a small rented facility. Manufacturing equipment included two homemade formers and we employed half a dozen people.

Today, Reading is home to three facilities and 300+ employees. We run light gauge forming, heavy gauge forming, injection molding, calendering, and perforation operations across these sites to support nearly all of Brentwood’s product lines.

Medical Device Packaging

Medical packaging is produced in Reading’s state-of-the-art Class 7 clean room. From clamshells and long trays to deep tubs and bins, Brentwood’s capabilities allow us to produce packaging of all shapes and sizes to serve the healthcare industry.

Battery Perf

Battery perf is a material used to prolong battery life by preventing corrosion of the internal lead plates. Brentwood has been manufacturing this specially formulated PVC for nearly 40 years since the design and installation of our first custom press machine in the 1970s.

Brentwood offers the highest quality wheelbarrow on the market, often referred to by customers as “Brentwoods”. They’re made in Reading in a variety of sizes and configurations. Today, we even supply a pink wheelbarrow, with $10 from every pink sale being allocated to cancer research!
