Three large cooling towers from a power plant emit white steam against a clear blue sky. The gray towers, adorned with red-and-white patterned tops, stand prominently in the image.

HTP20

Brentwood's HTP20 Cross-Fluted Trickle Fill is designed for use in applications where the circulating water has high levels of solids, such as in river or seawater applications, as well as waters with high-scale potential. It also performs well in towers that experience high sand and silica levels.

HTP20 balances thermal efficiency and fouling resistance in these applications by generating thin films of trickling water to enable cooling. It is a compact and low-fouling fill that features better performance than vertical-fluted film fills. Additionally, HTP20 features a patent-pending alternating tip that allows for proper drainage and limits bridging at pack transitions.
